Std. V - Parents' Orientation

Report on the Orientation Programme for class 5 for the academic year 2025-26 was held on June 9th

The program commenced with Ms. Prinita extending a warm welcome to all the attendees and providing a brief introduction to the event.

* Spiritual Invocation
The program began with a prayer led by Ms. Nitya John, invoking God's presence. This was beautifully followed by an invocation song sung by Mrs. Annie and Mr. Elton.

* Guest Speaker Introduction
Mrs. Rebecca introduced the guest speaker, Ms. Sangeetha Param, who was heartily welcomed by the Principal Sr. Alpana with a bouquet of flowers.

* Guest Session
Ms. Sangeetha Param took over the session, sharing her valuable insights with the audience.

* Felicitation
As a token of appreciation, the principal Sr. Alpana felicitated the guest speaker.

* New Academic Year Guidelines
Following the guest speakers departure, the program got transitioned to elucidate the parents about the new rules and regulations. Key highlights are mentioned below:
- Mrs. Marina explained the parents about VAPS.
- Ms. Arathi detailed the Learning Lab and the Counselling Department.
- Ms. Mary Anita and Ms. Priscilla provided the guidelines for the new academic year.

* Interaction with the Parents
The Principal Sr. Alpana addressed the parents, clarified doubts and concerns through an interactive session.

* Vote of Thanks
The program was concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Sandya.

Overall, the orientation programme provided a comprehensive overview of the upcoming academic year, fostering a sense of community between the parents and the staff.
