VIII A Outreach

On the 28th of January, 2023, students of Class 8 A with their teachers organised an outreach visit to the Jerome Home Ozanam Centre, Bharathi Nagar, Pettygrew street, Bangalore. They left the school campus at 9am in the BMTC bus arranged by the management. The inmates of this centre are 15 female widows aged between 60 to 80 years and interacting with them was an eye -opening and enriching experience for the students. The children learned to be humble and have a positive attitude always. The entertainment program included songs and dance from both the sides. The school management sponsored provisions donated were as follows: 65 kgs of wheat and ragi flour, lentils, oil sugar, Horlicks and biscuits, medicines and toiletries, clothes and pain balm Amruthanjan contributed by the children.
